The groundwork for good education is good health

The clinic is well equipped and with an automated electronic defibrillator, a nebulizer and oxygen apparatus, which all help to provide appropriate medical first aid response. 

The school participates in health campaigns with the school doctor giving regular health talks to students to promote a healthy lifestyle. If the children are unwell at school, they will be cared for at the clinic until collected by a parent or a guardian. 

Separte Clinics for boys and girls

SMS has clinics one in each campus with school doctor and nursing staff to ensure students health and safety. The clinic team provides first aid to sick and injured students during school hours on the school campus. 

The clinic administers medicines and refers students for further follow up with medical practitioners or to emergency services if needed. The clinic is well equipped with an automated external defibrillator, a nebulizer and Oxygen apparatus which all help to provide appropriate medical first aid response. 

Medical Examination

SMS requires the school doctor to examine all students in KG1 and grades 1,4,7,10 as well as all new students, it’s a quick and simple procedure for which parents are notified in advance. 

Our medical staff also carry out annual height and weight checks. DHA school health section in cooperation with Eye specialist hospitals conduct annual vision screening to our students.
