The School of Modern Skills is looking for a highly organized and proactive School Secretary to support the Principal and manage the daily administrative tasks that keep our school running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, memos, emails, reports) for the school.
• Draft and type documents efficiently, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain the Principal’s diary and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
• Welcome and assist visitors to the school, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
• Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and file them appropriately.
• Handle phone messages, answer queries, and refer issues to relevant staff members.
• Prepare monthly reports and manage key administrative statistics (Admin Capital, Manpower, Budget).
• Distribute important memos, circulars, and exam papers to staff and parents.
• Follow up on the implementation of decisions, circulars, and any school brochures.
• Stay updated on KHDA regulations to ensure compliance.
• Assist with various school-related tasks to support staff and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general office management.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Previous administrative experience, particularly in an educational setting, is a plus.
