School fees should be paid in cash or cheques in three instalments on the following dates:
First half on 15th August
25% on 1st December
25% on 1st March
- The Seat Reservation Fee is 10% of the total tuition fee for the academic year.
- The Seat Reservation Fee is non-refundable unless the family has to move outside Dubai before the start of the academic year. The school may ask for proof of relocation such as an acceptance letter from another school.
- The Seat Reservation Fee is deductible from the first term fee.
- The Seat Reservation Fee must be paid within the time frame specified by the school to secure the student’s seat.
- To re-enroll your child for the next academic year, you need to fill out the online re-enrollment form and pay the Seat Reservation Fee by the deadline specified by the school.
- If you fail to do so, your child’s place may be offered to another applicant on the waiting list.
- If you wish to withdraw your child from the school, you need to notify the school in writing at least one month before the end of the current academic year.
- Up to 5% of the tuition fees or AED 500 (whichever is higher), non-refundable and deductible from the 1st term fees. KHDA can verify this directly on our website.

A 20% discount on tuition fees is available for students for complete memorization of the Holy Quran. Eligible students must submit an official letter from an authorized Quran memorization center and pass a test conducted by the head of the Islamic department at the School of Modern Skills.
